My first experience on a cruise ship Vacation
When the opportunity was there, it's like a dream come true. This is my first experience on holiday by cruise. We chose the Legend of The Seas of Royal Caribbean International, which was very famous in the world.
Departing from the Harbour Front, Singapore. We will sail to just 3 countries namely Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. At 5.00 PM we were on board after inspection of documents and so forth.
We occupy a room or cabin on deck 2. Our Rooms are small but we are living adequate for 4 people with 4 beds (2 beds on the bottom and 2 again folded on the bed of another).
Long whistle sounded, all passengers must be gathered in the deck 5 to listen the direction from the crew about safety. Apparently hundreds of people from various countries w
e met there. Everyone seemed happy and excited.
Our journey begins from Harbour Front towards the open sea.
Our chambermaid named Rong Hua, very friendly to serve us. After clean up our room, we look around to see all the existing facilities on board.
Legend of the Seas consist of 11 decks with various facilities including:
Spa, Fitness center, Medical Center, Photo Gallery, Shops onboard, Sports Facilities (including Mini Golf Court, Table Tennis, Rock Climbing Wall, 2 Swimming Pools and Jacuzi, also Jogging Track), Amusement, Bar and Restaurant, Movie theatre, discotheque, and Casino.
Tonight we start with dinner at Romeo & Juliet's Restaurant. We still remember our waiter and waitress names, Myeong Park from South Korea and Kamal from India. They serve us very friendly, made us feel like someone special.
After dinner, we where shopping, relaxing in the recliner chair that is on deck 9 to enjoy the cool sea breeze while the ships still sailed to Malaysia.
We docked at Port Klang, Malaysia around 6:00 am. By taxi, we can take a trip to Kuala Lumpur or shopping at the nearest mall. In the afternoon we were back on board to continue the trip to Phuket Thailand.
At night you can enjoy dinner in the Windjammer Café or Restaurant Romeo & Juliet, enjoy a barbeque by the pool, or enjoy hot dogs, pizza and burgers in the Solarium on deck 9. Anyway, do not have to worry about your foods, you can enjoy all kinds of food for free for 24 hours. After dinner, you can enjoy the existing events on the ship. There are movie shows, cabaret, dancing or or get a fortune in the casino.
The next day we arrived in beautiful beach named Patong Bay in Phuket Thailand. Blue sea with the sea breeze makes us want to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful beach.

ful beach but unfortunately our time is very limited. We joined the tour to several places in Phuket, saw the traditional dance performance, buy some traditional souvenirs and enjoy the view of Phuket from the hill.
In the evening we returned to the ship to sail back to Singapore. Still 2 nights we could enjoy the luxury facilities on Legend of The Seas. We make family photos at the studio, enjoyed the cabaret show, music, dancing and all the delicious food there. What a wonderful experience and unforgettable moment. You must try.
